We stayed in a lovely big room with a beautiful view. The hot water worked well, the level of cleanliness was excellent, and the mall and Tibetan market was a pleasant walk away. The bed was huge, and we were provided with two blankets and a quilt so we were toasty warm all night long.
Staff were happy to mind our bag for the day after check out, and even called us a taxi to the train station too.
Very little to complain about. Only bad point was that our room was directly under the bar, meaning we were woken up a bit earlier than we'd planned by people dragging furniture around.
We were provided with a heater, but we had to pay extra (not a big amount) and we had to be very insistent about it.
