Description: Best known as the capital's favorite alfresco casual dining restaurant, Lodi - The Garden Restaurant is situated in the heartland of Delhi. The restaurant sections are split between the atrium, bar floor, terrace, garden area and the ground floor, altogether totaling up to 180 covers. The restaurant offers various facilities and experiences such as catering for private parties & cocktail dinners; winter al fresco Sunday brunches from October to March, banquets & corporate lunches; weekend breakfast, private and corporate events & lunches; high teas and monthly culinary festivals. With an extensive wine list & single malts, Lodi's bar is a highlight for the restaurant. The 16 tap wine machine is a one of a kind feature which makes the bar floor an extremely desirable location at the restaurant. The cocktails include a selection of the classics and a wide range of specialised herb infused creations prepared by our talented mixologist.

“Wonderful gem of a restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 12, 2013

Great setting, tucked away in the gardens. Very good food and nice staff. The food is a little expensive overall, but they give some of the proceeds to a foundation that helps wounded animals, which I was very happy to hear. If you can splurge a little, it is well worth it. It was a wonderful experience overall. I would definitely go back.

“Awesome setting with good food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 4, 2013

This is one of few restaurants which is in garden setting and its beautiful to dine out in the winter months. The food is delicious and has a variety of continental food - the wine and spirits are well stocked and the service is attentive and friendly. Highly recommnd - Great place to dine when you visit Delhi!!

“a memorable experience -all ways!!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 26, 2013

Have visited this enchanting restaurant several times- both for lunches -( eating on the terrace in winters is truly an amazing experience - although once we had to abandon our meal and rush inside due to the simian menace) as well in the evenings.
The family has held outdoor evening parties - and the layout is fantastic- like an evening in a fairy wonderland.
Great snacks, amazing food and a truly enchanting experience!

“Relaxed and upscale”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 8, 2013

I went to this restaurant twice during a recent stay in New Delhi. It has a beautiful garden, set up in a lounge/ bar style, and serves fantastic and very refreshing cocktails (also virgin ones) and somewhat upscale food with quite a few non-Indian options. Interestingly, I never saw a single local person in the restaurant, it seems to be entirely squatted by expats. Perhaps this changes at night (I only visited for lunch). The prices are quite high, but still nothing like European restaurant prices. The only thing that was strange was the Spanish music, which simply did not fit to the place at all and made it look like it could have been anywhere else and not in Delhi. The Lodi Gardens are, by the way, delightful.

“A good decor but not a lot good thing on the plate”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

Went for a Sunday lunch with friends, was given the worse table and were told the others were reserved but none of them got occupied the two hours we were there. There were four of us and ordered 4 different things. Two were good but the other two not good at all. I had to send back the, uncooked grilled chicken of my meze and the grilled mince kebab had no taste .It certainly is not worth thrice you pay. The location is beautiful but bring. your own food.!!!!!!
