Description: The story of the journey began way back then in 1959 from a modest little dhaba, with simple wooden benches and tables, has today transformed into an elegantly ornated Fine Dining Restaurant, known for its great North Indian, Mughlai, Hyderabadi and Tandoori cuisine. The journey still continues. In the quest for creating a better dining experience, Gulati was remodeled totally with fresh new and tasteful interiors in 2013 that enhanced the flavors of the food served to its clientele. The look is spacious and warm and much appreciated by all. With an extensive and lavish menu spread over a hundred and seventy five exotic recipes, it is a discerning foodie’s delight! Starting with the all time favourite Butter Chicken, voted as the best in town by many polls, The Dal Makhani, again voted as the best, The Burrah Akbari, The Kakori Kebab, The Murgh Malai Tikka, The Hyderabadi Dumpukth Biryanis, The Veg Galouti Kebab, The Dahi Kebab are just a few of the mouth watering items on the menu.

Gulati is an all time favorite of everyone and does not need any introduction. Our homes in the past used to carry cans to buy butter chicken to bring them home. Gulatis have a good tradition of sending birthday greetings and giving a discount of 10% in the birthday months. The thoughtful cards keep us going back to them. The prices are steep but everything is crisp and good. A good place to take family on special occasions and otherwise. The kulfi falooda stall outside is a perfect finale to a sumptuous satisfying meal. Thumbs Up to Gulati!

We visited Gulati restaurant at Pandara Road. I had read great reviews about their butter chicken and craving for that since long. Finally reached there on 18th August. We tried their Buffett for 816/- per person. I had butter chicken at so many locations but believe me Gulati one is best. We tried mutton do-pyaza, handi chicken, hyderabadi paneer, veg biryani, and pudina parantha! Everything was perfect. We are planning to visit again :)

Gulati has modern & soothing ambiance with up-class crowd. We had ordered vegetarian food (Cream of tomato soup, Dahi Kabab, Daal makhani, Kadhai Paneer & breads basket); all items were tasty. Customer service was also good.

Went over to Gulati's for lunch with couple of friends over the weekend. Was lucky enough to get seated comfortably. Went for a la carte though buffet was on offer. Had both veg and non veg dishes which were well prepared and sumptuous. The proportion of all dishes were pretty good and ended with desert platter which was very good indeed. Definitely worth visiting again since have been eating out there for the third time.

Super slow service. Overhyped restaurant with no average taste.
We ordered chicken biryani that OK, not authentic types. Paneer khurchan dish had paneer cubes despite the obvious description. Fully overhyped butter chicken was average. Book you table before hand especially weekends. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes with an infant. Totally not worth it considering huge prices.
