Bukhara is a very different Indian restaurant experience, and the scene reminded us more of a super-popular, noisy restaurant in America. At dinnertime it is wall-to-wall businessmen and tourists. The waiters are pleasant and helpful but they also cajole people into ordering more food and drinks than necessary. Bukhara is famous for grilled lamb and chicken and it was truly delicious, everything was good. Dinner for two was $120, which is high for India, but it was a most enjoyable experience. Do not attempt to go without a reservation.
