My need was to crash for the night before I head off to the next day' meeting. This hotel was close to my office location and decent. The staff was friendly and it had a restaurant, which was decent to host a dinner.

Room Tip: If you are looking for a compact room in heart of New Delhi

Convenient location in Connaught Place (shopping, eating, walking) and close to the metro. Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms; polite and helpful staff; and an excellent restaurant. The Palace Heights may not at first seem inviting because of construction outside, but take the elevator up to an excellent hotel experience.

This hotel has exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, and it is located in a very convenient location, yet it is remarkably quiet. The food is excellent too. The best hotel out of a very good pick on my trip to India. Tim.

Stayed in Oct 2013 for a few nights with my husband and so glad we did. An oasis amongst the chaos outside it's doors!
Great, attentive and polite service throughout the establishment.
Try the restaurant...... fabulous 'Indian' breakfasts and more western options available if preferred. The dining experience in the evening is very special. The chief is to be congratulated on his fabulous dishes. Excellent throughout and two very happy customers.
