It was a good place to visit ans interesting to read and see the different parts but I got groped by a random school child and had another random male take a picture of me. cover up if you are visiting anywhere as men think they have a right to touch you!

We arrived here as our last stop in Delhi & had a very short window of time. In retrospect, I really wish I saw this earlier in my trip & had atleast 2-3 hours to spend here. I was really impressed with this quiet museum/grounds.

It is free and welcoming plus many staff in each room/area inside the museum to help you on your journey as you learn about Gandhi & his teachings.

Quotes abound alongside his final footsteps, inspiring visitors as they walk in his path. The interactive displays inside are really well done & on par with museum displays in some of the world's big cities.

This was much nicer than Ghanhiji's home in Ahmedabad, and much more fitting to the nations father. Very informative, but tastefully simple. Worth the visit.

Gandhi lived here the last 5 months of his life and was assassinated here on January 30, 1948. The museum has a large
collection of photographs on his life. There are a series of doll houses with terracotta dolls portraying the major events in his life.
Grounds are beautiful.
