Stayed for 2 nights in January with family at the start of trip. Located in karolbagh market area, at the walking distance from metro station. Room was spacious and clean, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone looking for nice place to stay in budget.

very nice, cozy, spacious and quiet rooms, breakfast nothing to add, cozy bar and offers quality... finally a good hotel in karol bagh region.
the hotel is well situated for the metro and city centre, good decor, nice food presentation, the staff is well trained. Troubleshooting shop on the starts bang on the street end, I arrived on a Saturday night and the revelers were out :)

Room is a bit old and small. The TV wasn't working and air-con was too cold and loud. We tried adjusting the air con temperature however the control seems to be spoilt.
Restaurant food was cheap and good.
Breakfast was included but variety was very limited. There wasn't much facilities offered by the hotel.

arrived to Florence Inn for 4 nights at the end of our trip to india.we choose this hotel to finish our trip as good as possible but all we got was a big disapointment!
it starts when we need to change a room 3 times on our arrival day due to seperate beds we got or a room with no AC working or a too small room. just after long time spending and efforts made by the floor manager we got a nice room.
the day after we asked the reception manager to keep the same room for us as we drive for one day to Agra and return for 3 more nights.they promise to do the best to keep it.
as we returned, to our disapointment they give us the worst room can be, it looks like a prison cell not to a decent room as it was without windows at all and was so small we could not move at all and shower and toilet were so close you just can "use" them both on same time.
as we had 3 more nights to stay there only after long efforts including from our agent from India they changed this room only from the day after.
At the end we must tell the most strange things happend to us on the morning we left.it was very early in the morning as we had a flight to catch. we asked the day before to prepare us a breakfast bags and we got them to our room at 02.15 AM as we asked. to our great surprise as we got to reception the manager there said there was a mistake and we had to give it back as it is not made for us. as our driver already wait for us and just after an ugly argue with this reception manager we took those bags that were ofcourse ready for us as agreed the day before.
we must tell they not only gave us bad attitude also our agent that tried to help us also got the same attitude!
finally, this was the only hotel in India we were there that charge for Wi-Fi.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your valuable feedback! It is really unfortunate that you faced inconvenience and experienced distress while staying with us.The team tried to assist you with free up-gradation on your first visit but its not possible always, . At that point of time it was beyond hotel's capability to arrange for a upgrade since the hotel has a limited inventory. Also the breakfast that you order at 2:30 AM as an early breakfast is not possible since our kitchen opens up at 5AM, Still the boys tried there best and somehow your package got exchanged with another guest.

My son and I stayed here recently at the end of a two week tour of Rajasthan. It is conveniently located near the Karol Bagh metro station on the green line and the very lively Gaffar Market.

The room was very clean and comfortable but was a bit claustrophobic due to no windows/views and being quite small - the height of the room made it feel larger than it reall was.

I can't fault the service and the staff as they bent over backwards to help and advise us. I can't comment on the food other than the breakfast which was excellent.

I must say I was a bit confused by the paintings which, in the corridors, appeared to be of the Forum in Rome rather than anywhere in Florence - if that was what intended! The painting in the room looked like a country view of the countryside in Suffolk, UK. A small gripe I know but I would much rather see Indian art and painting.

We had a very comfortable sleep with good A/C and fan.

Room Tip: Ask for one of their bigger rooms prferably with a view
