Hosted a party at 100% Rock and was definitely not disappointed. Since it was a huge gathering the restaurant management booked the entire terrace for us on a Saturday night.
100% Rock lives up to its name of Good Rock Music, great service and good food.
The decor is contemporary with some Gothic elements and you are greeted by a life size Alien warrior statue right at the entrance. The bar is huge and the seating is well spaced out to give each table the required privacy. The lighting is slightly on the darker side, but I presume that is a given with restaurants which double up as a nightclub. The terrace is the fun part of the restaurant and in addition to open seating they have semi-covered dining areas which are air-conditioned.
The staff is courteous and helpful and were very pro-active with their suggestions for the party and they layout of the terrace. The buffet was well laid out and the service was impeccable considering the huge menu and a full stocked bar. Serving a huge gathering can be tricky and the waiters manage to do it perfectly without being too obvious or overbearing on the guests.
The starters are delicious and I would personally recommend the Kaichi Chicken Wings, Cripsy Konji Lamb and Meatballs in Pepper BBQ sauce. In Vegetarian Chilli Cottage Cheese (paneer) is my favorite. The Chinese main course is a definite YES here & good old Chicken in Red Thai Curry and Lamb in Hot Garlic sauce with Hakka Noodles still appealed to my taste buds. A cold beer to wash this all down is highly recommended. The Menu is vast and I would definitely have to make some more trips to the restaurant to try out the entire fare.
Again full marks to the organization and for hosting a great party.
