This hotel is budget price so don't expect miracles. It is in walking distance of the train station in a run down area, or more run down than other areas of Delhi- it's all relative!
The staff wanted to please and were doing their best on that score. Sadly our bedroom was quite dirty, if you looked behind the curtains(which we never opened because the window looked straight into the hotel rooms next door), the window was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned for years. The bathroom handle was caked with dirt too. The bed was clean and comfortable but the staff need to learn how to clean. The furnishings look as if they've been recycled from elsewhere, which is ok, but it shows in the fitting and finishing, all the room are the same style I think.
It would be ok for the price if the men who clean it knew how to clean- perhaps their wives could show them!More
