Really cheap, and very clean! Free bottle water and cookies. Very friendly staff. Place is gated and has a cafe on site. Breakfast is not included and it is a little expensive...but very good. The area is ok, within walking distance to the subway and a small market. I would recommend this place to others.

In its price range simply the best in New Delhi , I stayed three nights when I arrived for my trip to India . Top marks for breakfast it was the best of all the places I stayed at . I will stay there again when I return to Delhi . The hotel is under European Mangement so standards are high in all areas .

One of the best stay in India, they have a nice cafe which serves good quality and variety of breakfast for Rp. 300++ ( it is very value for money in view of the quality of the food). The room is simple and elegant, very comfortable bed and good shower facilities. The wifi is one of the best we get in Inida, stable and fast. And the staff are very friendly and super helpful in many ways, they have a shuttle service which runs hourly to nearby place of interest. Overall, a very pleasant stay, I really enjoy the sleep, the breakfast and the lounge. One thing to note is that they do not have a lift (since there is only 3 floors) but the staff do offer to carry the luggage for you.

Stayed here for 4 nights in March 2014. We found this hotel from TripAdvisor and due to it's great reviews decided to book it. The price was only about 45€ / night including breakfast for 2 people so really a great deal.

The hotel is in great condition and the breakfast was excellent (egg's to order, love it!)

They also offer a range of transportation services, some free and some for an extra cost. We arrived from Goa rather late so we booked a airport pickup via the hotel (900 INR + tax). Upon arrival there was a driver waiting. The quality of taxi's (and cars in general) in India is often a bit dodgy but this was a brand new Toyota so a nice drive.

For sightseeing the hotel offers a free shuttle service that takes you to the main sights of New Delhi. It's a "one way service" so no pickup available.

The location is a bit funny. It's right next to a main road but to get there you have to drive down some rather small and dodgy side streets. Not an area I would like to walk around at night though as the taxi's are dirt cheap in India it's not really a problem.

The hotel also offers free Wifi and has a lounge area with free computers to use.

All in all this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in India and would really recommend it to anyone.

Given hotel prices in New Delhi are high, the Bloom Room is good value for money. It is a boutique hotel with well appointed rooms (the best showers we experienced in or travels in India) as well as comfortable beds with clean linen. The breakfast are excellent, the only place we could get decent bread and toast. While it lacks a restaurant they will order in food and there are a range of decent restaurant near by though the walk down link road is not for the faint hearted.

Room Tip: Ground floor can be noisey
