I was really impressed, total value for money, nice (and not ogling staff).
I had booked this place for my friend- and he loved it here. Good breakfast, nice place, and most importantly, really friendly staff. I would go there to see my friend or pick him up- and they'd be nice to me too! I'd recommend this place anyday! And whoever needs a room in Delhi, i'm booking a room here for them for sure.

Like others travelers said, the hotel is super comfy and super clean. I recommend this hotel if it's your first nights (or your lasts) in India to start (or finish) your trip smoothly.
The location is pretty good: 5 mn walk to the metro station Jangpura. And the hotel provide a free shuttle (except on Sunday apparently) to go to the nearest attractions. The downside of the area is the lack of restaurants. Hopefully, the in-house café serve few dishes if you are too lazy to go out in the evening.
The bed are super comfortable but avoid a room near the stairs if you have a light sleep: it's not noisy but you can hear a little bit people's talks.
The room can be a little bit dark but you're not in Delhi to spend your day in your room.
The buffet breakfast is quite good: waffles, eggs, pastries, cereals, yogurt and fruits are available. Go for it if you're hungry in the morning.

Everything I hoped for!!

1.. the lads on reception bend over backwards with excellent English they have a great knowledge of the city and really cater to your needs
Helped organise visit to Dalai Lama/taj mahal and few others...

No2 the laundry service!!! IS A MUST! Amazing they not only wash your clothes but press it repackage it so its like brand new!!! Never seen service like this!

Breakfast buffet was great for the price
Unlimited eggs waffles fruit cereal fresh bread top quality teas and coffee!!
The hotel is ideally located and they call you a taxi where ever you need to go
Beds are super comfy too

A great safe base in delhi where you no your not gonna get ripped off or messed about....
I can't fault these happy friendly people I hope they keep up the amazing service....

After many different hotel experiences on travels from Calcutta up to Delhi, and a number of different hotels along the way, BloomRooms was the most refreshing spot a weary traveler could hope for. After feeling like I'd come out dirtier from some of the showers along the way, (and decided it'd be better not to shower altogether) BloomRooms out did it self with by FAR the cleanest bathroom (toilet/shower, all), spotless, white sheets, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in during my life. EXCELLENT, polite service.. I will come back to Delhi well more than to see the city - but moreover to spend another few nights in pure, blissful comfort.

This place is very much like the Novotel in London - good value, comfortable beds (I'd say Bloomrooms is better), plentiful hot water with good pressure and extremely friendly staff. Fair warning: stay off the first floor if you can, the lobby noise can be loud. Also, coming in from the airport, go with their driver... so much easier and just not that much more expensive than a regular cab as reg cabs have a hard time finding the place. Finally, breakfast is decent but very American - though if you're heading to Agra for the day, they'll pack it to go which is very nice as Agra is >3 hours away.

Room Tip: Avoid the first floor as the lobby is noisy and the walls are thin
