“Super comfy beds!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 6, 2013 via mobile

This a great place just like they say, it has everything you need and nothing you don't. It is super clean with a great shower. Our flight came in very early and our room wasn't ready so we spent several hours in the lounge over the cafe, it was very comfortable with free WiFi and brand new Mac computers. The cafe had a really nice buffet breakfast with custom omlettes or waffles. They have shuttle service that will take you out to a handfuls of locations but you need to find your own way back, the only thing I might suggest is the ability to book a pick up back to the hotel.

This place knows hat a guest wants and supplies it perfectly. From choosing your pillows to the most amazing towels and ridiculously comfy beds. So modern and stylish and we truly felt we were in a little bubble from the realities of India.

Perfect if your tired and weary from travelling as its the best place to relax and recuperate. Or if you've just arrived and need to be eased into the culture shock.

Was slightly overpriced as we paid like 4200rs for our room and the others were around the 2400rs mark. I really don't think there was any difference at all between the rooms.

Amici the little Starbucks-esque cafe on the ground of the hotel is very nice but also very expensive. The breakfast deal is reasonable for 360rs (60 being tax) for a buffet if you wanna fill up for the day. Muffins, pastries, toast, fresh made waffles plus tea, coffee and apple or orange juice. There is a choice of eggs and we had omelette and it was not cooked in the middle. As we cut into our ommelettes a load of raw egg white came pouring out.

Also on the evening we arrived I asked the check in guy if he could print out our flight tickets. Standard practise and we have been having this service done all over India quibble free. We had to go through a 20 minute farce routine before eventually he did it for me. As I had been travelling for 3 days solid and missed sleep altogether the night before I wanted desperately to jut fall onto my bed so could have done without this carry on. The very same guy caused me a lot of complications over the phone when trying to get confirmation of my booking he said I wasn't booked in and no rooms were available for the two nights I wanted to stay. So I managed to book in for the second night and had to dramatically change my plans with 12 hours notice. Then the next day I revive an email from the Hotel saying I had the rooms reserved and why I hadn't turned up. I was 300 miles away at that point so was too little too late.
But don't hold the Incapabilities of one young uninterested staff member against the hotel because you will love your stay here.

Hi Redd16,

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback, it's really appreciated.

We're very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at bloomrooms overall, however we'd like to apologise for the inconvenience you were caused by the mentioned staff member.

As a policy we are more than happy to print flight confirmations for guests free of charge, so this shouldn't have been an issue for you. We are aware the member of staff you dealt with is very new and was perhaps unaware of this policy at the time. Please be assured this will not happen again.

We look forward to seeing you back at bloomrooms in the future!

Safe travels,

I call it the ibis concept. If youre looking for a fancy lobby,a large reception area or an exquisite restuarant, then dont stay in this hotel. However,if a modern, cean well equipped room, with a great shower, comfortable bed and reasonable prices, then this should be your choice.Front desk sraff were very competent and helpfull, and the small kiosk serves a good breakfast and tasty snacks throughout the day.Well situated near a metro station and 2 streets away from a shopping area with some restuarants.

Room Tip: take a room on the 2nd floor, near the reception may be noisy

Bloomrooms was the first hotel that I stayed in during my first visit to India. I took advantage of the airport pickup service, and was greeted at Delhi International Airport by a Bloomrooms driver directly outside the airport after clearing customs.
After a drive to the hotel, check-in was quick, pleasant and efficient. I was happy to find a very modern and clean room, with a comfortable bed, work desk, and a very clean and spacious bathroom. The flat screen TV on the wall included satellite service with a wide variety of European/North American/Asian channels. Front desk staff was always friendly and eager to help with just about anything at all.
The cafe was small, but very clean and modern, and offered some great lunch and dinner snack food throughout the day and a really nice breakfast in the morning. Great coffee as well ! The lounge upstairs above the Cafe was terrific, filled with books, a great common work space and really helpful travel information about Delhi and the rest of the country.
The yellow and white colour scheme was bright and welcoming. A private garden located just in front of the hotel was a great place to relax outside. Security guards were friendly and attentive and made the entire property feel safe and secure at all times.
The hotel is located a short walk away from the Jangpura metro station, which was extremely convenient. It was a quick subway ride to almost anywhere in the city. Taxis and auto-rickshaws were also always readily available in the area. Although there are not a lot of restaurant options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, there are a few great restaurants within a five minute walk of the hotel including BBQ Nation. There is also a McDonald's very close by, as well as the Om Hotel, along with several food delivery options as well (in addition to the cafe on site of course).
Bloomrooms is not a luxury hotel, but it is a wonderful, safe, clean, inviting and (surprisingly) affordable place to stay in a chaotic city. Really great value for the money. I highly recommend it for just about anyone. I wish there were more hotels like this in the world !! Great job, Bloomrooms!

my friend and i stayed in bloom rooms on our first day in delhi. we didn't have any idea which hotel to stay on our last day in delhi then (we we're traveling around india and did not decide on the final stay) but upon check in, we were in awe. the room (compact) was big enough for 2 girls and it was very clean. all the toiletries were in order and everything was very clean. huge lcd tv with many cable channels. we were so happy with our stay.

outside the hotel, there's a restaurant where u can have ur breakfast there the same price as if u book the breakfast online. it wasn't a wide range of selection but good enough to fill u up till lunch.

the location is pretty centralized. 45 mins away from the airport but very near the metro station.

if ever we come back to delhi, we will definitely stay here again. it is our definite first choice.

Bloomrooms lived up to all its reviews! After 2 and half weeks traveling through India, it was like we found an oasis in Delhi. It was wonderful! Yes, it was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the cafe had great coffee, the rooms quiet and comfortable, but it was finding a refuge from the hustle and bustle of Delhi that made it great. It has an European feel. There is even a nearby neighborhood where you can find great Indian restaurants and a McDonalds, if you really need one. The only item I would like to correct is that it is not across the street from the Jangpura metro stop. There is a highway between the metro stop and hotel. Once you know where you are you can walk to the metro. The hotel does have its own shuttle that has designated stops that you can use free of charge. I would recommend it to family and friends traveling to Delhi.
