“A haven of peace and quiet”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

I went here early in the morning for a walk with a friend; there's no entrance fee and the ruins as well as the park are stunning. Families and joggers abound. A must-see in Delhi.

“Tranquil and attractive”
Reviewed March 17, 2013

Attarctive and not too crowded. Beware of 'charity collectors' and non-government approved guides. The toilets are passable (just!), unlike those in some sites and cost only 2 rupees.Bring your own toilet paper.

“Lovely and peaceful”

Lovely to spend the day in this haven of peacesharing it with local families picnicking. The temples in the grounds were interesting, made more so by the on-hand guide from the archeological survey of India

“Peaceful gardens”
Reviewed March 16, 2013

Lovely gardens with a temple, great to have a look around. These gardens are in the heart of New Delhi but when walking around you would not know it. Trees and greenery, well worth visiting.
