We stayed here for a week, we had planned three days and then it extended to a week. Great rooms and wonderful staff and the food at the restaurant is most amazing. This Hotel comes with a package that has been put together and is kept wonderful by hard work and great service. Situated at Friends Colony West,

one would have to walk a little bit if you want to find transport yourself but the Hotel staff are always willing to help. Give them a little notice for a "Call taxi" so you get reasonable rates use "Easycab" or "Meru".

The rooms are well maintained and the housekeeping staff come over twice a day to ensure you have a clean room always. The bathroom was spacious and well designed.

If I have something to say it is that in the room we stayed the TV was on a side wall and we had to sit on the sofa to watch TV, no watching TV lying on the bed :(

The staff are always there when you need them. At breakfast the Manager will make it a point to come over and ask if there is anything that the Hotel can do to make your stay more comfortable and any request is made note of and action taken. We asked for hot milk for the morning coffee and we always got hot milk when asked for real hot milk as we wanted it.

Though the location is nice and is in a posh locality the roads are not as they could be, we tried walking one early morning in Friends Colony and gave up.

The restaurant is wonderful and made our experience complete, there was no sparing the quality of ingredients and therefore the quality and taste of food. The ruit basket did not have over ripe or fruits that were less than the best. The kitchen would make breakfast the way we wanted it, can we please have Puris made of wheat, sure, we got it and their sabjis? wonderful.

The overall experience was good, real good and I would happily recommend this Hotel.

Would I stay there again YES!

Room Tip: We stayed in a manor room "15" on the first floor and to one end. I specially liked this r...

We stayed for two nights recently and we were pleasantly surprised at the level of care and attention from every one we interacted with. Starting after a long day in transit our welcome when we arrived close to midnight was excellent, the suite was large and comfortable albeit a little musty but as this is such a common issue in the tropics /sub continent we have almost come to expect this. The suite was nicely designed (as was the whole hotel ) and well air conditioned and therefore we enjoyed an good and comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast in the in house restaurant 'Indian Accent' was excellent (as was dinner) and the front desk responded to every request without fail, accommodating our ever changing itinerary without any hiccups. The only slight negative and this has been mentioned previously is that its location is a little out from the centre of Delhi, but the taxi/driver services provided (even at short notice) were prompt and friendly so it really wasn't a problem. I would suggest just be prepared to allow just a little extra transit time (10-15 mins) than for the hotels around Khan market. Overall a very good choice and i wish we could have spent a little few more days here and we will actively look to stay here again.

The Manor is a lovely old home, we stayed in a suite which was very comfortable, although not very large. The decor is moder, room was clean and it was a nice place to come back to at the end of a busy day. The location is a bit far from the centre, but if you are on holiday it doesn't matter.
Restaurant is a big plus; food is very nice, hard to find better!

Room Tip: Regular rooms are very small, suites are better value.

We stayed for 3 nights altogether over 2 separate occasions. Lovely boutique hotel, chic, excellent service and food at top grade restaurant. Downside is that it's abit far from other main hotels, which is ok if you want peace and isolation but we felt a bit trapped, as the rooms are quite small and no real lobby area to sit in. The hotel could do with swimming pool ; this would really add value.

In addition, your feedback on rooms has been discussed with our Executive Housekeeper, who would be definitely looking into it. With regards to your feedback on swimming pool, we would like to mention that we have given a thought to this. It was our first hotel in India and it set the highest standard. We stayed there three times during our trip and it never disappointed; all three rooms were lovely. The restaurant was outstanding and the service unobtrusively good. The hotel is set in an enclosed area not far from one of the main roads into the city.

i always choose hotels based on previous reviews from other tripadvisor users and this one did not let me down. A great hotel that my wife and I stayed in whilst our wedding festivities concluded. It was a great 2 day escape from the chaos and pollution of the rest of Delhi, where we could unwind in a calm and serene setting. The hotel, rooms and garden just helped to relieve you on any care in the world. I'm so glad I chose this over some run of the mill 5 star hotel chain , it felt more intimate and personal and more like a visit to a lovely home. Our Delhi based families were impressed too as they had never heard of it and were puzzled why I didn't choose a Hilton or Sheraton. Lovely, lovely, lovely.
The only minor quibble, and not a slight on the hotel it was just our misfortune, is that it was a real pain to find at night. The taxi driver was not familiar with the area, New Friend's Colony, and did not realise that entry was restricted to the area through specific gates. We must have circled the place for 20 minutes before some assistance from the hotel helped us locate it.

it's a boutique villa hotel with a garden, in the middle of delhi. you feel a shower of serenity come down on you when you enter the gates after a long day visiiting the city, or conducting business. i stayed there for 5 days. good price vs quality, and the restaurant, accent i think the name was, 5 star quality amazing fusion indian western and other stuff. the massage parlour, the big rooms, all the amneties you can ask for. and it's all inside the same villa. the staff are well trained. i loved it.
