It's worth to visit there . Specially to the young childs . I have also seen the first time and quite impressed to see the planetarum . I have visit there to show the taramandal to my kid and he was so happy to see them i know that he was not enough to understand but he enjoy to see the stars and the planets in that . I really suggest to go there . but i suggest before to go there first confirm about the show timings .

go, and visit, if you have kids...its a nice place..but its not one of the main attractions in delhi. Delhi has a lot of history...this i would say is...if you are rushed for time, can easily miss it. and if you have kids....show the kids...but this sort of thing should be there any main city.

being one of India's first planetarium the experience of watching the night sky was simply amazing. Although I think its a bit outdated now and does not quite reach upto expectations. But you can still see busloads of school children descending here every day to have a great journey through space.

a state of art museum with good way of making a lay man understand what is astronomy and what the world beyond us looks like
