Owner description: This tomb, built in 1570, is of particular cultural significance as it was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent. It inspired several major architectural innovations, culminating in the construction of the Taj Mahal and many other Mughal architecture and garden complexes in India.

Definetly a place you should have visit, when you´re in Delhi. Interesting architecture and good Photo-Options. You can just walk through or take a guide.

I'm not sure what I thought this was so my rating might be more about expectations. The Tomb was beautiful but it took me all of about 10 minutes to see it.

This is a peaceful place with nice gardens. If you find a quiet corner, you may be able to spot parrots building their nests. This is a nice place just to relax after the hectic pace in the rest of New Delhi.

easy site to tour - very well kept, not very crowded. a very nice museum as you enter to give you a nice history of the place. some areas were under construction, but did not feel shorted as there was enough to see. a lot of similarity to the taj mahal, just on a much smaller scale and different construction materials. definitely a nice site to see. very memorable and relaxing site.
