What an amazing hotel. Everything about it from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave is amazing. Clean room, great service. Breakfast was one of the best ever, lunch and dinner great. Cant fault anything. Hotel service staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful time at the Taj Mahal hotel. The food was excellent, the staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable - truly a five star experience.

The head chef at Machan was friendly and made me feel at home, as were the other staff at the restaurant who were happy to answer all my queries regarding the food, cooking style, calorie content and ingredients used. The breakfast buffet was varied, their baked yoghurt is a must try!

The Japanese restaurant (Wasabi) perhaps offers the best Japanese food I have ever had in India.

To say the staff were courteous is probably an understatement. The concierge did a fabulous job of recommending activities and options so I could explore Delhi like a local.
The gate guard was even willing to walk with me to the metro station to ensure I was safe! The staff at the spa were also very helpful.

My only 'complaint' is that our neighbours chose to smoke in a non smoking floor, and kept their doors open at all times. I did raise pa complaint towards the end of my stay, but might have preferred if this was looked into sooner. The biscuits at the minibar were also a bit stale.

Despite it, I enjoyed my stay and cannot wait to visit again!

This is a wonderful hotel, with a great shop and excellent range of restaurants. I would recommend the chinese restaurant in there - The House of Ming. The food is really good and the service exceeds expectations.

Room Tip: Ask if they have building work still going on. The room was noisy because of this, but when we asked...

We arrived here early after our flight from the UK. Security was swift as was our check-in, which we were grateful for.

Our room on the 11th floor overlooked the swimming pool and was a haven of peace and quiet and coolness thanks to the air conditioning. More about the room later.

We found the service here was fantastic from the man who operated the lifts to the servers in the restaurant and the cashiers, nothing was too much trouble.

We had the buffet lunch on the first day, which was lovely, we ate so much we had to lie by the pool the rest of the day. The pool attendant kept us going with fresh towels, chilled bottled water and fruit kebabs, terrific.

We have scored this great hotel as Very Good, because some of the rooms, including ours were in need of updating. It looked a little tired but spotlessly clean in every way.

A great jumping off point for visiting India. One question, where did the 14 red roses come from which were delivered to our room on the first day? Mr Frank Watson in 1106.

Thank you to all the staff you are an example of what real customer service is.

Room Tip: Higher floors overlooking the pool give better views.
