I have been going here for a while for dinners and lunches but never stayed here since it was in the same city. I did get a chance to stay here early this month for a residential conference. The staff was very professional and everything works like clockwork. Food at DumPukht is simply awesome. Would first timer to Delhi!

Room Tip: Try to get the rooms in the club section. Also, there a couple of rooms facing the forest area, you...

what a nice hotel. Very well maintained for an Indian hotel. Try and get an executive room. They are so worth the small extra cost. Peaceful and quiet on their own floors, the rooms are not huge but very well maintained with nice touches. The happy hour with snacks and free drinks goes for three hours and the breakfast can also be taken in the same location without all the other people dining. West wing and Our Humble house restaurants are excellent if a little pricey. this hotel has heart and soul compared to other soulless places in Delhi. the pool is a nice area to relax in, not very deep for the serious swimmer but great to escape the heat. Keep up the good work, staff are obviously well trained. This is my fifth time here.

Room Tip: Executive rooms are the go for singles or couples.

I had a very short stat at the ITC Maurya for a business meeting and the overall experience was very good. I got a room at the "Eva" floor which is for ladies only and there were some nice features in the room decoration and little thing which special attention to women.
We met in one of the meeting rooms in the hotel with very helpfull staff with the technical arrangement of the room which was rather challenging.
Buffet lunch at the restaurant was very good and I also got a copmplimentary late check out on request which was a very nice gestures as my flight left only after midnight.
So overall, I will definitively come back.

My stay at the ITC Maurya is perfect. I have stayed at numeruos of five star hotels but none of them catered to my needs like ITC. Presidents Clinton, Bush, and Obama all Stayed at this hotel and ate in the famous Bukhara restaurant which is one of four great restaurants in this hotel. The food is excellent, the rooms are great and you will sleep very comfortable. You are even pampered with fragrant toiletries and sound sleep/stress relieving ayurveda oils. I also like to give special thanks to the following personel for outstanding customer relations, these indvidsual went out of there way to ensure my needs were met. Abinash Manghani, Suhani Agarwal, Neelam Kaul Sethi, Amarpreet Kaur, Anand The Cashier and last but not least Rawinder, Upper Crust Bar, and all the staff at the Pavillion. This is a Starwood Preferred Guest /spg hotel so you will receive spg points.

Room Tip: The rooms are larger but all rooms are great

The ITC Maurya New Delhi is one of the best hotels I've stayed at during all my travelling experiences. My co-worker and i decided to to here in lieu of The Imperial Hotel. As soon as we walked through the front door into the lobby we knew that good thing were in the makings. The Hotel staff which includes Abinash Manghani, Suhani Agarwal, Neelam Kaul Sethi, Amarprett Kaur Anand the Cashier and last but not least, Rawinder, were all friendly and definitely caring from the beginning and at the present. The Rooms, customers Service, Breakfast, Happy hours, GYM, and that great artistic workmanship of the Lobby were all unparalleled. The only problem we had was in the Golf Club Bar. The servers except for one was very rude and just not servicing my partner and I at all. They kept asking us if we stayed at this hotel everytime we came to happy hours. We decide to used the Upper Crust ( Rawinder) and the Tower club which turned out to be fantastic. Words can not explain the atmosphere of this hotel, you will have to stayed here and experience it yourself. I highly recommend this hotel to all my co-worker family, friends and travellers worldwide.

Room Tip: Corner room with a view of the pool

We stayed here our last night in Delhi and it was incredibly luxurious. Gorgeous pool, great gym, and lots of high quality onsite restaurants. Apparently this is where the US President Obama stayed when he visited India in 2010, and I can see why.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My wife had a cold and I called down and asked for some hot water with lemon and honey and a white gloved man brought it up on a silver platter and offered to serve it to my wife....and it was all with their compliments!

Another nice benefit is that all the water in the hotel is filtered. Which means if you chose to drink water from the bathroom tap in your room it would be drinkable for an American like me that isn't acclimated to Indian water.

One piece of advice, if you are headed to the airport, you can purchase access to the ITC Lounge at the airport for only 700 rupees...which right now is like $13. We did that and are really glad we did because they have comfortable chairs, 24/7 buffet, free beverages, full bar, and free wi-fi while at the airport.

This hotel is incredible!
