The Hotel is ideally Located, around 40 minutes from the airport, the staff is very friendly, security is good, they screen all the baggage coming into the hotel. The rooms are spacious enough and are well maintained with nice decor

Food is excellent and serving is quite generous, they have the variety of cuisine but Indian is the best, Room service is efficient and fast but it is a bit over priced, beds are comfortable and linen is clean and smells fesh

I stayed here as part of a tour of India on three separate occasions. All the visits were enjoyable.

The good points of the hotel are:

1. Security (bags scanned as you enter).
2. Beautiful reception area.
3. Good range of complementary papers.
4. The food is absolutely superb and a wide choice was on offer.
5. They employ customer relations executives and they were extremely attentive.
6. Great soap and cream in the bathrooms.

Other points worth noting:

1. Alcoholic drinks are expensive as per other hotels in India.
2. The main dining area has a TV screen projection (without sound). I personally don't like eating with TV images being projected - they are a distraction. However, perhaps that is just me.
3. There is 30 minutes of free Internet access per day. Thereafter, it is chargeable.

Overall, a great hotel.

This little sister of the better known Maurya Sheraton is at best an overpriced hotel. Located in Saket very near to the City Select Walk Mall, about 20-30 minutes from the domestic and international aiports, the hotel boasts all modern facilities expected from a five star property. Contemporary, clean, spacious with a few down sides, ameneties wise this hotel is ok, but then the extras are barbaric and you need to stay here to realise that ! The service level is acceptable but then again at the price you are paying, you will get a 150% more service at the Maurya Sheraton, so what would you choose? The food quality is fine and the rooms are comfortable....but.....but....the granite tiles in the bathrooms are dangerous very slippery and with a little water, you can break your bones. How did the Shertaon group make such a gaffe? dunno? But these needs to be checked out and rectified. Bottomline: pay 2000 rupees more and stay at Maurya Sherton, buck this hotel anytime, you wont regret it.

I stayed here as part of a tour on three separate occasions and all were very enjoyable.

The first day after flying through the night we checked in and ordered some lunch time snacks before heading out for a tour, the snacks were absolutely delicious and a great start to the culinary delights of India, I cannot describe how much I enjoyed them.

That night we ate at the buffet and again the food was superb, the quality of the Indian dishes especially was absolutely fantastic and an excellent range. The bar area was nice and relaxed with a good selection of drinks; albeit a little expensive but I was aware of this.

The rooms were also really nice and the beds were among the most comfy I have ever stayed in.

All in all a very good experience with the definite highlight being the amazing food.

Our first visit to India as a business for the Label Expo Show. We decided to pay a little more and were pleased we did. It is a culture shock seeing the poverty vrs the money. But we paid more for this hotel and it was an oasis in amongst the caos outside the walls. Everything was tipity top. Breakfast was excellent and the retaurants provided excellent food. The hotel was clean and offered many facilities. I would recommend highly this hotel, but bear in mind the distance from attractions if you are on holiday.

Room Tip: Distance from attractions may be an issue due to the traffic, but if you are not in a hurry then no problems
