Its a south Indian temple named Malai as its for Shiva's son Kartikeye who mythologically lives on a small hill. The place its located is quite prominent one as epr New delhi. Easily accesible. You can enjoy cool winds once you climb up and sit there for sometime to enjoy the scene below. Good feeling !

Malai Mandir is a calming influence on hectic minds. My wife and I liked our trip there. The place is clean, a little on a hillock, and has a spiritual air. It is a fine way to express gratitude. Do visit at least once when in Delhi.

This temple is very very special for me..Apart from the fact that this place gives a feeling of peace.. every time we are there we managed to catch a glimpse of the vahan of Murugan..PEACOCK..its such a blissful experience to be there..no hurdles..just go there aware of the timings as they have different timings for summer & winter..An excellent place to visit and worship..
