Reviewed September 18, 2013

when you are visiting Delhi don't hesitate to pay a visit to Sarojini Nagar Market where you can have great varieties of Indian souvenir and fancy clothes for ladies .you have lots of watches and gifts at a low price. There is a shop at the No 37 situated in the entrance at a corner inside the market selling many good items ,indian spices at a good price. When you finish making your shopping you have the opportunity to take a lunch eating a well prepared indian burger style with the salad in the resto side .So enjoy your nice visit I'm sure you will enjoy it.

“definite shopping spot at delhi”
Reviewed August 5, 2013

If you are having time to spare at delhi and shopping is in the list it is worth spending at Sarojini Nagar . I actually landed up while doing a first time experiment ride on Delhi metro . I got into the train at HUDA station and got down at INA . Realised the marker is near from here . Got Bus no 512 from there which stops walk away from the market

Lot of items and mainly includes dress materials , belts , Bags , glass items etc . Some bargaining will be required in this market but many shops are having fixed price and you will get decent items . There is also export reject materials sold at one end for a decent price .

Would recommend for sure if you like shopping and a big list to satisfy . You can easily spend 3+ hours here . Please make sure you carry water or somethign to eat . Didnt see any good eatery shops around

“High Street Fashion - At rock bottom prices.”
Reviewed July 16, 2013

When my daughters were excited to visit Sarojini Nagar market, I did not have a clue about the goodies it offered and at the prices it offered them at.

The market itself is spread over three or four lanes. If you are coming by Metro, take the yellow line to INA station and then a 5 minute autorickshaw ride to the market.

The high street fashion clothes, bags, sunglasses and shoes are copies of big brands, good for teenagers and college students and hence they form the bulk of the shoppers here. These clothes are available dirt cheap - but you have to bargain hard. Ignore the boards announcing 'fixed price' and indulge in some ego satisfying, old fashioned bargaining.

You might come away with some gems to add to your wardrobe or to accessorize yourself with.

There are several eating options all around, with a mall just next door, where there is Big Mac too.

“Almost everything at rock bottom prices”
Reviewed May 21, 2013

This market has everything-clothes, footwear, jewellery, other accessories, bags, home decor items, daily nick-knacks etc. There is an export market where you get branded clothes at very cheap prices. these are export surplus or pieces with very minute defects. You can bargain a lot as they tell prices more than double the price. Very good market for youngsters and college going students. fashion jewellery available at very cheap prices. Also good eating options (Haldiram's and other outlets) at a mall built in the market. Must visit if you want to buy a lot in less budget.
