This hotel in the pictures seems to be so beautiful.. but is actually sad.. the rooms promised were never given,,, sad service.. no welcome.. no hospitality.. damn expensive.. even the food was sad.. the ice cream was just so bad .. I had a stomach upset after that..
We were so sad.. the ocaasion was polied.. brkfast was sad.. dinner.. cooffe.. NO inhouse bar,... nothings,.. :( :(

- There were very few other customers around.
- Nicely decorated, clean
- Horrible location - nothing nearby, and taxi drivers have no idea where it is, its like being under house arrest
- Inexperienced staff
- Internet only worked in the lobby
- They played the same song on a loop, very annoying
Very good hotel, a little far away but everything is far away in Delhi, you can take hotel taxis. Room was perfect, beautiful and very clean with a huge bathroom.Very comfortable bed and lots of pilows.Breakfast was very good. Room service was good. Very nice spa and pool.
I stayed two nights at this hotel. It is brand new, very clean with top notch service, although the front desk staff and several others did not speak much English. It has no business centre so if you need to get to a computer you have to use the one in a little room behind the front desk (the hotel's private computer). The room was very small but very clean. It was difficult to get much from the television as it didn't seem to work and most of the staff did not speak a lot of English so it was difficult to remedy the situation. I was there at a time when not many were staying at the hotel so it felt a tad lonely. However, the restaurant served excellent food and well prepared. The staff were very accomodating. The grounds and the pool and the hotel itself is very, very beautiful...definitely 5 star. Why I made it a 4 star is due to the lack of English by staff, the small rooms and the lack of any business centre. The hotel's location is far from central Delhi but in a city with massive Hindu temples, which I found fascinating to see. Well worth the stay in Chattarpur if you wish to see this.
As soon as you enter the Hotel, the Reception area seems too cramped up for a Hotel in the 4 Star / 5 Star category.
The rooms are good, although not spacious, well maintained & quite well equipped.
Chattarpur road seems quite like an outer of Delhi & in the night time, you cant even dare to loiter around outside the Hotel premises. Streets look deserted after 10 pm. Large farm-houses on the opposite side, so probably a good stay only if you have come here to attend weddings / functions.
Could not enjoy the swimming pool, so cant say much. The bf is quite OK & the Service pretty decent.
I would recommend it only if you have work in & around that area, else there are lots of better options in Delhi.
This Hotel is far off from Central Delhi and quite near to Gurgaon. Even not very far from Airport. However if anybody planning to work in Noida, staying in this hotel, I would certainly not recommend this property.
This property is on the Chattarpur Road. Around this place there are many firm houses. Once upon a time I believe this area was very notorious for many reasons however it’s improving now.
Reception offered me welcome drinks. However the room (118) I was allocated initially had lots of issues. Television not working, Shower Knob broken. They changed me to room no 114, which was a twin bedded room. Room design was same. It’s long dark corridor and rooms are placed both the sides. Once you enter the room, you’ll hit a wall. Right side was bedroom and left side toilet. Room was small in size compared to many hotels however nicely decorated and clean. It had very basic amenities and 2 small water bottles. Balance all was chargeable.
Toilet was decent. However water tend to sip out of shower area which was disappointing. I couldn't find enough towels. Robe was very small so I couldn't fit in.
The cupboard to keep luggage was very small and quite congested.
This property is having a nice swimming pool too. Though it’s not very big.
We hosted a small party in their dinner hall, which was pretty deserted. Dining hall was closed by 11pm which was again disappointing. Food preparation was not very spicy though not very tasty too but manageable.
Checking out was quite fast and efficient.
