This is a small restaurant and worth a mention because it is small you may have to wait a while to get a table we went for a late lunch on a saturday we still had to wait half an hour. it was well worth the wait food was excellent and would return again and also recommend to my visitors and friends.

Great Ambience with an option of sitting in open but refuse to serve dinner outside, only drinks and starters. Great ingredients used to create the dishes but failed to convert them in to gourmet experience. Staff insisted we have the steaks as they are good at it, we decided otherwise. Not too many people.

I enjoyed a dinner with an old friend the other night. It was a Saturday, and we did make reservations, but, even when we left, the restaurant was not completely full. The staff was attentive and flexible. It was my last night in Delhi and the staff made the "exception" for us to eat our dinner outside on the 10th floor terrace usually just reserved for drinking cocktails, rather than inside the actual restaurant with its lovely continental style. It was lovely to eat al fresco overlooking Delhi.

We chose a California Pinot Noir by the bottle, which was dear, but for Delhi, quite reasonable (Rs 5000). It was delicious and complimented both the pasta and the roasted lamb dishes which we ordered. We began with "deconstructed Ceasar Salad" which was tasty and in an international style, as to be expected at Le Cirque. The table service was attentive, but, not overly so - our food arrived in a timely fashion, our wine glasses were refilled seemingly by themselves. And more importantly, our conversation was never interupted.

While Le Cirque is definitely expensive, both by Delhi standards and international standards, it's a wonderful experience and everything was flawless. Our dinner, with salads and a bottle of wine and no dessert came to around Rs 15,000.

I can also recommend starting the eveining in the garden cocktail lounge on the ground floor (we did). If the weather is mild sitting outside at sunset is ideal. If it's too hot, or too cold, the countryhouse library style of the bar is equally welcoming.

Will I return again: Yes, definitely
Would I recommend Le Cirque to a friend: Yes
Was I satisfied: Completely
