The Room is okay, but the staff forgot to ensure the shower screen. The staff behaved quite professional. The service at the restaurant was very good and the breakfast I had was excellent. For the cost of the Deluxe room, you could keep up with more facility.

Room Tip: If you miss a flight, its not a bad choice to stay here...I am not sure it would fit in for business...

Pros:
Great location.
Best Pastry I had in a year. Worth tryng their pastries.
Free airport pickup
Clean room, good staff.

Cons:
It the most expensive hotel in that strip of 20+ hotels.
Hotel does not stand upto the price.
Booked King bed for two days, but got Twin bed on day one. Next morning Manager walks in with an apology and moves us to another room. But, spend his next 15 min explaining us the cost defference and the favor he had done to us.

This is as good as a railway station side hotel . Poor response in the reception . Unconvenient rooms . The unpleasant thing for me was to able to hear the voice from the people of next room . Only good thing is this is close to airport and they provide you free pick up and drop

Stayed there courtsey the Jet as I had missed my connect flight to Bagdogra. The First look of the hotel was not too great, as its located on a highly busy road with small shops around it. however once you enter the hotel, you will feel good as there are small fountains in the lobby and though small its cheerfully and well mantained. The rooms were nice and the staff attentive. The Best part of the hotel is the food.. Good spread to choose from and the live music during Dinner time was especially soothing.

Room Tip: Dont miss the complementary break fast... Its good

The location is convenient, but the street reeks of pseudo-Vegas cheapness and...well, it was just kind of gross. There were jarring loud noises late into the night both nights we were there. We all had trouble sleeping.

The rooms look good on the surface, but don't look much closer (especially at the bathrooms). In one of the rooms I was in there was almost an inch gap between the tub and the wall or the end of the tile on the floor. I shudder to think what the wall & floor looked like underneath the tub. When I did finally use it, hot water was nowhere to be found.

One member of our group was in a room that had an extra door and an odd extra ceiling hatch...neither of which had handles on his side of the room, so he did not know where they led to nor did he have any way of ensuring they were secured. Not exactly comforting.

Breakfast was - in a word - disgusting. We left not feeling well, and one of our group got sick shortly after the meal (he had been in country a week with no trouble).

To top everything off, we were erroneously charged for a night's stay that had already been pre-paid (full disclosure: this was later corrected), and one of the drivers they arranged for us charged us extra for a pre-paid airport trip as well.

tl;dr: Go to the Radisson.
