“Near airport and surprisingly pleasant.”
Reviewed November 30, 2013

This is an international-style hotel, extremely close to Delhi International Airport. The room was spotless, the bathroom effective and the staff efficient. In fact there was one member of front of house staff who couldn't do enough to please. Breakfast was varied and plentiful - not speedy, but then we're talking India! Reception organised our taxi to the airport. We paid them 300 INR (very good price) and they gave us a voucher to hand to the driver, which took away any hassle. Not an ethnic experience but for our final night in India just what we needed - with good internet access in the reception are to do all those things you need to do before flying home!

Room Tip: We had a room at the front which meant traffic noise. Might be worth asking for a room at the back...

Although we requested for airport pickup, no one turned up at the airport. It would take another 30 minutes was the reply from the hotel when called up from the airport. Stay and complementary breakfast were okay though

Very bad experience with no hot water and poor service. The hotel manager advised that he only put the hot water on when occupancy is high! So after 2 cold showers (1 at 04:30 in the morning before going to the airport, I assumed that it would be reasonable to advise the manager and his staff that no hot water in a hotel is NOT good practice or service - the manager disagreed! Food was below average and overall the staff/management were very discourteous and extremely rude.

Arriving in India for the first time late at night this was a peasant first experience - prepaid taxis are a great idea but not air conditioned comfort! Check in was quick and easy and staff were friendly and helpful.Travelling alone the small room was adequate and the bed was comfy. Nice hot shower was welcome.Buffet breakfast was included and had a good selection. The Indian dishes weren't well labelled for an initiate so I bypassed them - discovered later what they were and should have given them a try.
Staff arranged a transfer back to the hotel but this revealed an essential tip for travellers to Delhi - there are 2 airports and they are not close. T3 is the main international and T1 is for some domestic airlines. If you are meeting someone make sure you know which one!

This hotel isn't ideal for a family stay visiting delhi. It's good for travellers needing a bed between flights since it's close to the airport. If you're wanting to visit delhi, it can take around an hour to get into the city centre. The breakfast was ok, the dinner was better. The reception staff were very very helpful. The rooms were ok, not amazing, but ok. No natural light.

Recommended only for transit passenges, Wifi does not work on higher floors, no water heaters in rooms and main heaters are turned on only by 6 am. Staffs are not so helpful. Less then 10 minutes drive from Delhi International airport

Ideal hotel for layover , hotel is clean and beds are very comfortable. Not worth for the price.

Room Tip: Demand lower floors for better wifi access.
