We stayed between 24th Dec 2013 till the 5th January 2014. Immediately upon arrival we were upgraded to the business suite by one of their fantastic reception staff, Priyanka Banarjee.

Hotel was very clean, service was very good including their travel desk via whom we arranged our day trip to the Taj Mahal, whihc was again magnificent with a complimentary tour guide part of the package. This was very useful even though we are of the ethnic denomination.

The hotel had its own in house specialist restaurante called Indiyaki which is a must for every guest; definitely go for the Tandoori Kukkad - by far the best tandoori chicken in delhi in our view. You must also try the Subz Kaju Badam which goes well with nan or rice and for deserts go for Pan Kulfi or the Chuckonder Aur Mewe Ka Halwa (beetroot pudding cooked with ghee) - we ate this regularly as it was very good.

We also used their spa facilities which was very good.

Unfortunately my husband became ill with delhi belly as he has a weakened immune system due to his ibs - but the hotel were very good to arrange for a Dr to visit whom arrived whithin 30mins of informing reception, some medication and a couple of days later he was fine.

Downsides were that the electricity went a few times a day; also the fact that the hotel is slightly further out for sight seeing, but there are good transport links (metro).

But otherwise, overall a good trip. If we were to go back to delhi, then we would definitely go back to dine in Indiyaki.

Room Tip: We stayed at the Business suite which was on the top floor and very good.

Very convinient location in terms of reach to the business locations and great cost for the kind of comfort or luxury provided by the Hotel. The best health club I had ever seen in any Hotel. Buffet spread also is great with value for money.

We've been staying at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar since about the time it opened, owing to it's proximity to our work spaces when travelling. Striking building in what is a generally drab building space around there. The rooms are a delight, and being Club Carlson member is always rewarding whether by way of room upgrades or the generous points that come through with every stay.

The breakfast spread is pretty bountiful, and their restaurant choice is quite varied too, although the only time we had a meal outside of the coffee shop, at their restaurant Indyaki for dinner one night, quite fascinated by the concept of Teppanyaki meeting Indian cuisine, was sadly a bit of benign letdown and easily forgotten.

We've noticed off late, that the Reception and check-in staff across different shifts usually tend to be very lax about the check-in process, often figuring for a good twenty minutes without so much as smiles, before rooms are allotted even to regulars like us. Given they mostly see a business oriented clientele, such incompetence isn't expected.

Otherwise, it's our preferred hotel and the quality of sleep is fantastic too.

Room Tip: Get rooms away from the elevator and often an upgrade request is honoured if you're a Club Carls...

This was my second time stay in this hotel. First time, it was newly built and there were little bit small teething issues but now, its fully functional, good hotel, rooms are good and spacious.
Rooms are nicely decorated and well maintained. Toilet is also spacious but some basic things like sleeper, toothbrush etc were missing. Yes, there are some minor maintenance issues in toilet. We had taken room service but treys were not cleared till next day morning.
Breakfast spread was good and staff was quite cooperative.
We were part of wedding group and they were handling the large group quite efficiently.

We chose Radisson Paschim Vihar thinking it was set near a new mall, only to find out that the mall had no stores in them. It was remote from the tourist sites. The staff need to be trained on communication. Most of them spoke english but they struggled with answering our questions. Breakfast was interesting as no one was available to welcome us and we had to figure things out for ourselves. The waiters did not speak english. The deco will take a bit of getting used to unless you like everything in black.

The hotel had a restaurant on the 2nd floor, Indyaki. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is great and so is the service. There is another restaurant on the same floor however we only found out later as they rather direct you to the more exclusive Indyaki rather than the average priced "coffee shop" (that is what they did to us).

From were should I start...... Hotel..... People.....or Service ......for me it was the experience. Nice hotel and specially the decor. Yes they don't compromise in service and service with the warmth.

During the stay I got the room on 10th floor nice view and room smelled fresh, breakfast was great and it was made perfect by Mr. Mahish the tall guy(thank u). Staff at the lobby are to perfect which i found during the stay they care... they understand ... and they love to smile.

Special thanks to the managers at the lobby, specially Mr. Giris, Ms. Megna and second manish in the lobby.

There warmth and care was very genuine. I would definitely come back and stay with this hotel.

It is good businness hotel located in west Delhi.This is a much improved hotel and most of the staffs are good and responsive.Some staffs need to be trained better.
The quality of their rooms are good.They have a very good fitness centre, spa and a very nice roof top swimming pool.
Spread of their buffet breafast and dinner are good.

Room Tip: take room on higher floor to have a nice view
