“Decent place to rest”
Reviewed November 21, 2010

Hotel was in a disgusting location. The smell outside that seeps into your room from time to time is horrid. The hotel was clean, staff was nice, Imran was particularly very helpful during our stay. The restaurant and business services were pretty good as it had a nice conference room for meetings. Internet was about 8-10 dollars a day. This is a good chain for affordable business travel in India. It has a really small gym with a treadmill, a bike, and a few dumbells. It was a pleasant surprise to squeeze in a little workout there as jogging outside in the polluted air is not possible. This location is pretty crappy though. There are better options around. It's convenient for Noida, but traveling back and forth to Delhi is time consuming.

Was on a Business trip to Delhi in Sept.2010.
Stayed in Red Fox since it was told me that it is a low cost chain from Lemon Tree group.
While they arranged free pick-up from airport, all was not well when arrived in the Hotel. Reception was very slow and took plenty of time.
Rooms were not at all good. Being new, they were stinking with paint smell, floor was literally coming out, rooms and linens were not in proper order.
Even though restaurant was available, needed upgradation in terms of service and the timeliness

To begin with , the Hotel's airport pickup was 45 minutes late, and I was fed all sorts of placating lies by the person coordinating it. When the vehicle did reach, it went to the new International Terminal 3 to collect me - a passenger on a domestic flight which comes into Terminal 1C.

After being stranded for a full hour, I finally took a cab of my own and reached the hotel. The extremely spartan hotel is located in a run-down, unsafe-at-night locality. The staff offered me a free upgrade as a favour (I later found out my client had already arranged for that) and offered free buffet dinner.

The place is neat and clean simply because it is brand-new. The bigger of the choice of two room sizes is extremely small (about a 100 sq. feet.) And the bathroom is outright claustrophobic. The room service needs a couple of reminders, and the understaffed dining hall is a picture of total chaos. The catering manager took 10 minutes to bring me a teaspoon. The food (dinner as well as breakfast) is mediocre, to say the least.

The room rates appear very attractive but the airport pickups are inordinately expensive and the wi-fi is exorbitant at INR 450 (US$10) for 24 hours (They don't have a 12-hour package) The internet speed steadily crawled at around 1 to 5 kbps. Network adapter reset, cache flushing... nothing improved it.

When I first booked the place on the net, I was skeptic , but once I landed my opinion completely changed. Its a new place, very well done given that its a part of a chain of Budget hotels. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The ever smiling staff are efficient and helpful. They really make you feel home despite being a business inn. The food both Indian and Continental is great, however the portions can increase. The buffet is very good at the only restaurant, which is artistically done. Special mention of the internet - blazing fast. Overall Redfox rocs ... Will definitely come back when in Noida.

I wanted to stay near Noida and booked this hotel over their website looking for as near a hotel to the place where I had some work. I found this to be a new hotel. What surprised me is that they do not offer many services that business travellers take for granted. Fortunately there was room service but in the restaurant there was no service. Food was provided at the counter and you had to take it to the table yourself. That itself was not too bad but nobody even told me that even when I asked one of the hotel employees in the coats.
The rooms are not too bad but lack in any amenities. Bare minimum essentials are provided. One may not complain since the hotel is supposed to be part of the economy chain of Lemon Tree hotels. But it is quite costly for that kind of hotels. May be due to CWG every hotel has increased their rates.
The outside atmosphere is very drab and requires you to hold your breath if possible. There is a stench of a nullah that makes standing outside the hotel impossible.
All in all this hotels fall short of expectation of services and costs a lot.

A great and very safe hotel to stay in Delhi. Newly built property with a well trained, qualified, and well managed staff. Extra ordinary hospitality and quality services to customers round the clock. Neat and clean rooms, dinning hall, confrence hall, internet, news paper and what more to say: you name it and they provide you.

It was a pleasure to stay here and last but not least unique hotel property wiith extra ordinary cordial staff and down to earth management. Hotel managers were supurb in curtsy and let one feel that all are eager to serve you in a very compititive price as on date,
I recommend every one to stay and check my reviviws validity by staying once there.
