This place has been an absolute favorite for a long time now. A landmark eatery of sorts it is a must visit for anyone who enjoys authentic Chinese/Himalayan/Tibetan/Nepali cuisine. A tiny ground floor eatery with a seating for not more than 30 people at a go Tibet Kitchen dishes out excellent soups, thukpas, thenthuks and momos. My favorite is their pan fried noodles. It is difficult to find a similar flavour and feel to it elsewhere. Spices are towards the subtle side but at the same time are very distinct. They have a delivery option which is quick and prompt.
A meal for two can set you back by Rs 250 and the place does not serve alcohol. Their starters are definite winners but the gravy items I tried from the vegetarian section have not really been up to the mark.
The place employs only Tibetans with a view towards providing them with employment. That ensures the authenticity of what lands up on your place. This place gives you absolute value for money and if you are seasoned Chinese lover you might agree it can give a lot of other fancier (read expensive) Chinese joints a run for their money.
