Our stay at Piccadily Hotel was worst ever!!! I wonder how this hotel has got 5-star rating. Is the certification fake? All facilities and amenities provided by the hotel were worst than an ordinary lodge. To highlight few of them -
Rooms - dirty and stinking. Housekeeping standards poor. The toilet was found to be equally dirty with bad smell. Water provided is not potable and no pressure in the hot water line to take good hot water shower in winter. Had to request for bucket for taking shower.
Shortage of toilet paper rolls.
Air conditioning - not working - had to request for table fan which was made available at 02:30 hours after lot of haggling with duty manager Mr Nishant who was very ill mannered.
Several attempts were made to contact Mr. Ashish Hasrat next morning but they were all futile. Then I contacted Sales Manager Mr Sudhir who assigned Duty Manager Mr Manish to move my rooms.
It is unfortunate that I cannot attach photos to highlight the multiple issues.

I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO USE THIS HOTEL AS IT IS WORST THAN A LODGE.

Hotel is nice only doarman seems to welcome you rest anyone is least concern that y n what is your purpose of being in the hotel. there was no one to assist in the lobby, i think u should hire some staff who actualy welcomes u. Moreover we had a coffee in the lobby as me n my friend were there, which i think is the worst coffee ever had, i think a regular fillterd coffee at a dhaba was much more better than your hotel Cappuccino (seems like it was made manualy) which was not even worth Rs50 n u people are charging Rs 500-600
Managment need to improve the services n standards else there are lot more options.

It was a decent place but definitely not value for money. The management does have the personal touch that is required with its customers. In fact we faced some problems regarding our booking and they made us stand in the lobby while contacting our travel agent when it was not our fault. Over expensive and crappy wifi connection. The only highlight of the hotel was the restaurant and its wide variety of dishes in the buffet that caters for different needs, but this also was super costly.

Stayed for 2 nights - very old and tired hotel. Doesn't look as though they spend a lot on maintaining the place - walls in hallways very badly damaged and in need of repair - strange smells and noises as well in hallways. Restaurant food is very average - internet very expensive and only seemed to work half the time.

Staff friendly enough but they don't have a very good product to work with.

Stay at another hotel if you have a choice

There is no cell phone signal in the rooms.
Worst internet connection I have ever experienced in a 5 star, and is expensive (not free)
Downloading 200mb file was a pain.
No matter how many calls you make to the front desk, IT never calls you back.
The quality is bed sheets is no where close to a premium hotel.
