Wish I could find an Indian restaurant in London like this. We shared a few dishes as there was a group of 5 of us. What is there to say? The Kingfisher was cold and the glasses arrived chilled. The food was very good, tasty and good value we felt. Right by the Civil Lines metro stop.

Have been a regular but the last couple of visits have been disappointing. The family was in a mood to only have mughlai snacks so we ordered for a Murg Ka Soola, Sarson Fish Tikka and Mutton Burra. Our order took 30 minutes (which was ok since we assumed the burra takes time). The 30 min were a nightmare as we had a couple of noisy families and kids which spoiled the mood. When the food was delivered, the cabbage on the sizzler dish was burnt, all the three dishes had atrociously high levels of salt and the quantity of fish had dwindled. We had consumed the fish and chicken somehow but the manager obliged with a replacement of the burra. It was still salty and the meat chewy. He did offer a discount but then its a small thing considering the already high prices and the experience. I'm surely not going back in a hurry!

Great food and service. A safe bet if you want to try the local cuisine but may be worried about Delhi belly. It is quite expensive by Delhi standards but very good, tasty regional curries are served in clean, air conditioned surroundings. The service is also of a very high standard.
