From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they are always friendly and willing to make your stay even better.

The hotel is indeed a palace! The opulent decor and attention to detail is second to none. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are luxurious.

We stayed already many times in this hotel.
This hotel has a very friendly staff, the rooms are spacious, with satelite tv with western channels and the location is in the middle of the Main Bazaar of Paharganj with many shops. Ideal to buy your souvenirs at low prices.;
The hotel has a large toproof restaurant where you can have your breakfast and dinner and
with all the green plants you feel you are in a different world.

Overall the hotel is a great location. right on bazaar road and walking distance to metro (5-10min) and New Delhi Rail (10-15min). noise level is high but that is expected.
The room looked clean thought when i arrived i asked for the sheet to be change since it was full of "spots". After a third call to reception, someone did change the sheet. The one observation i have is that the floor was never clean again and that was obvious since the shower wall was only 12 inches wide water got all over the bathroom floor and walking around left a muddy floor, which stayed pretty much the same throughout my week long stay. Bed was made but that was it as far a "cleaning the room". However, the staff was for the most part very friendly and willing to be helpful. last day boiler had a problem so i had to shower with a bucket.
The restaurant is average but way more expensive that anything you can find outside and not as tasty. There were at least half a dozen cheaper and better "restaurants" within 5min walk. however, the rest. manager, Vivek was very friendly and helpful finding ways around the city.
For $300/wk i got the deluxe rm with AC, fan, flat TV, couch, coffee table, desk, chair, large closet, king size bed, mini fridge, WiFi and full bath. No windows, no soap or toilet paper.

Room Tip: Hot water is not always on so ask for the times when it's available. Ask for new towels when u...

This is a very clean, reasonably priced hotel with an excellent staff in the heart of the middle class bazaar. That means you get to see real India and shop and eat there. Please try the carts pushed along the street: shortbread, pineapple rings, baked sweet potatoes. Close by ATM's, a cinema, lots of rickshaws and tout touts. But I digress from the hotel itself. The breakfast is on the cool roof top or overlooking the street. Try the two excellent Indian style breakfasts or have your egg and coffee. Dinner is equally good but don't expect to drink heavier than a Kingfisher beer (it is alcohol scarce India, after all). You can get a massage on the property with no fuss and if you need water, towels, beer or any thing someone will immediately arrive to supply it. We had a lovely fishtank in the wall in our room which helped with jetlag. Don't forget to shop in the ajoining gift shop. The prices are good and there is a wide choice. We did not buy much since we were at the start of your month long visit but later regretted that we didn't pick a bunch of good stuff from this place and mail it home before leaving Delhi.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a fish tank and you will sleep better. Expect few windows providing natural ligh...

What an island in the turmoil and grot of Delhi. The rooftop garden restaurant was an oasis, also yummy food. We had a lovely cool room, everything worked well. It was clean and quiet. This hotel saved Delhi for me.

We booked a double executive room with a window for 2 nights through booking.com and were shown several rooms and chose one with a "window" in a passage leading to the bathroom. In the room was an all night illuminated fish tank with about 11 unattractive fish swimming aimlessly about. We had to check out the next day and moved to a far far better hotel nearby for the same price. The hotel insisted we pay for the 2 nights. One positive thing is that the rooftop restaurant was OK.

Dear Honorable Guest
Thanks to give your valuable time to feedback which is really insist us to retrospect about our services. You guests are base of our profession, we will not exist in this industry without your co-operation, but you should also think about our interests!
You were booked via our affiliates, it is understood we pay commissions to our affiliates against their bookings. According to our cancellation policy, which has given at every booking portal, it was appropriate to charge you one night room rent. It was certainly applicable & hopefully there was nothing wrong to ask payment about immediate cancellation amount. Fishes are swimming aimlessly, it is their nature, maximum guests enjoying it and we can not make guide line for them.
Regarding price & services we always examine it to provide at least competitive & parallel prices. Yet we will try to improve ourselves as much as possible in terms of your complain in future.
Hope you will give us chance to serve you again of course with our improved services.
