“Slipping standards”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

The Great Kabab Factory pioneered the daily kabab special all-you-can-eat concept that has been taken over by others now, who are doing it better than TGKF is. We took a large group to the Saket outlet and were extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The kebabs were not good, and the service was unbelievably bad. It took us 45 minutes to get a glass of water. We requested some non-spicy kababs for our son, but the restaurant did not seem to be able to cope with this - our boy went out to the atrium of the mall and had a hot dog instead. The kebabs came in trickles, one type at a time and not enough to go round our table of ten. We had to wait ages between courses. And after one round was done, we had to ask for a second round which was very grudgingly given - as though this wasn't on the cards.

Since the food was mediocre (except the desserts - an imaginative paan ice cream was outstanding) the service needed to compensate, but the service was terrible. Never going there again, and warning all friends against this place which is riding on an undeserved reputation.

“So fresh and delightful”
Reviewed March 25, 2013

One major point of difference between this and other places serving buffet is that this place has dedicated seating for couples, which i loved the most
The food is so fresh, nothing is pre-made.
Galaouti Kababs are one fo the best i have ever had.
Totally worth it.

“Mediocre....and overrated”
Reviewed July 15, 2012

Was very disappointed with the food. They overcompensate the non- personalised service by serving you huge quantities of food. You have no ala-carte choices of food.

The one at Radisson is much better...this one is highly avoidable...

“HORRIBLE”
Reviewed June 4, 2012

Not even worth a star ! An absolute sham of a place. If I had to give it a name i shall name it as ' The Fake Kebab Factory". My review is absolutely based on the quality of food and taste nothing beyond tht. To begin with it had nothing new or magical to offer for being a kebab factory. Galauti kebabs were soggy, no taste of meat in it just the paste of mixture of various flours. Come to the seekh kebabs and I can guarantee you they were not being made there but just microwaved or may be heated in tandoor. Any body could make out that they were ready made kebabs as thick and hard as rubber. Green chick has better frozen kebabs than they served. Fish pakoras were like roadside deep fried pakoras, you could have them anywhere in Delhi.

Come to main course and the shocker, their chicken was horrible and so was the mutton biryani. The quality of rice used was the worst quality available in the market. You have those "broken rice" quality available in the market, tht was being used in the biryani and the mutton would keep you busy, just keep munching it like a chewing gum. Water they served was chilled, beer unfortunately warm. To top of it was their "awsome service" atleast 5 waiters would come to ask you what you want but no body would deliver it.

Any meat lover can easily make out tht there is some thing fishy about the place, the food they serve is definitely not made in there. Appetizers are made in abundance from an outside caterer and thn served to you in the flashy place. Thats the truth about the place. If you love food dont step in atleast the SAKET one.

“They feed you like your in-laws would”
Reviewed March 30, 2011

These guys feed you like your in-laws. They keep bringing food and they want you to eat. They want you to be happy and satisfied. These guys have great service and pretty awesome food for the price they offer. Their liquor menu is quite expensive (higher than the normally priced restaurants) but who cares about beer when the food is this good and the service this awesome.

Highly recommended!
