Am the lucky one to have got a Bikat Pass and got to book a trek even before physical pass was delivered. Kedarkanth was my first trek ever but was able to notice and compare the services with other organizers. Glad to be associated with Bikat

Trek started off with trek co-ordinator arranging pickup at Siliguri. Raining heavily it showed a glimpse of what we would be facing ahead. Trek leader could not reach on time for the pickup but made sure the ride to base camp Yuksom was comfortable. Arrangements at Yuksom were comfortable and more than adequate. Trek leader gave a good brief of the trek path and what to expect in terms of weather and physical activity through out. It was a small group and hence the group gelled really well. The local trekking help were cheerful and very helpful through out. We could make the trek till only to samiti lake due as we lost a day due to incessant rains. Trek leader was more than helping and managed things through out when it rained heavily. He ensured everyone was in good health through out the trek. The trek leader has shared so much knowledge about treks, preparation and equipment. It definitely gave us confidence in trekking for future in Nepal solo. This trek taught me that the journey is as important as the destination. The group which looks out for each other during adverse conditions thrive. The only drawback of the trek coordination was when the drop back to Siliguri had made us pay 2x extra bucks for dropping us city centre which the driver agreed initially to do for free. Overall a great experience

we were the first batch for Sandakphu from bikat, and glad we chose bikat for this trek. Small group, excellent arrangements, hot delicious food and tea was served everyday. Especially food was above our expectations. The guide, Mr. Bikram Chettri was an experienced person, and was patient with our first day slow pace.
Homestays were excellent, and were on par with other trek companies, as most of the days we all stayed in same Homestays.
Overall extremely happy and satisfied with bikat experience, and would definitely go with them next time and would recommend bikat to my friends.

I did the Annapurna Base Camp Trek with Bikat Adventures in December 2019. It was a good experience overall but the coordination with their Nepal team could've been better and also the pricing needs to be a bit more transparent

4th Jan 2020 was our first batch to get on chadar. It was all good experience in terms of food, trek leaders, medical assistance. The kitchen staff was so good that they used to provide us bed tea calling there in front of our tent. As bikat is IMF certified, we got the best when it came to safety. For first 3 days it went all normal but after summit while returning on 4th day the condition of chadar was very poor n previous night the temperature was also extreme about -30 n there was no way to cross that patch, so we had to cross the river. In group of 12 people only we 3 girls were there n we got panic like anything because we didn’t wanted to cross it. It took almost 30 mins to prepare our mind for river cross but the leaders were so supportive that they were there with us n motivating us. After cross I had no senses on my legs, leads removed the gumboot which was firmly stuck in my feet because of ice layer between my feet n gumboot, they pour the hot water on my leg, made me were socks and made me comfortable with cheers. That was once in lifetime experience which wouldn’t have been possible without bikat trek leaders.
