This is not a good option, if you are looking for cheap, basic accommodation in Delhi. The rooms are simple, with a TV, but not in good repair and the bathroom was dirty with a shower that provided a dribble of cold water. Breakfast was disappointing. The location is nothing special, but close to shops, metro etc... The staff however were friendly.

Its not a very good hotel but just down the road there is a wide range of shopping places, mainly for clothes. It can be found in a variety of prices and if you want it tailored to yourself, it can be done in ONE day!!

Food and shopping are very close. We werent too keen to stay there at first, but the things we got to buy and eat are well worth it!

Overall, its not a bad hotel to stay in, with breakfast at the rooftop.

I was traveling with a large tourgroup. When we arrived my roommate and I were given a great room on the group floor. It was modern and well-equipped. There were problems. I was promised laundry would be returned by 9:30 at night. I didn't receive it until the next morning. When I did receive it I was charged much higher fees than were indicated on a price sheet in the room. Management simply said the price sheets were old!
After my group left, I was planning to stay a few more days in Delhi on my own. I booked a few more nights but in a different room. It was awful! It was windowless. The bathroom had a tub but it was filthy. Neither room was anything like the virtual tour shown on Trip Advisor.

This is one of the hotels used by GAP Adventures. At $85 per night I had certain expectations. One was that the toilet would flush properly – there is nothing more disgusting that checking into a room and finding crap from the previous guest in the toilet. I also expect more than one outlet in the room to work. At “Good Times” you need to unplug the fridge or TV to plug in a laptop or recharge camera batteries. The AC has 2 settings ON and OFF. Furthermore, it you turn on the AC, nobody can sleep in the bed beneath it because of the debris that spews from it. The bathroom floor is always wet because one of the sink faucets leaks. The view from the window is of a wall about 10 feet away. There is no in room or hotel safe, but there is a minifridge but they do not provide complimentary water, which is very inconvenient when you arrive at 11pm and wish to brush your teeth before going to bed. The glasses are wrapped in a paper sleeve on which is written “this glass has been cleaned especially for your protection”. What are nicotine stains in the bottom of a glass protecting me from? And you won’t need an alarm clock because the pigeons that roost on the window ledge will wake you at 5am. And gentlemen, for your added pleasure, the seats on the toilets are too small, so be prepared to have the hair on your legs pinched every time you sit down. There is a sewer smell from the bathroom sink.

The next day when I complained about the above problems in room # 105, I was moved to another room (#302), which was an improvement in that the room was larger, had a newer AC (though the temperature control didn’t work), love seat, a window with a view, and a bathtub/shower, though you wouldn’t want to sit in the tub. I can’t figure out why they removed the shower curtain after the first night and it never reappeared. The problems with electrical outlets not having any power, persisted.

For the past 4-½ months, I have been travelling throughout Southeast Asia and have never stayed in a more disgusting place. GAP should seriously rethink whether it wishes to continue using this hotel. Surely there is better in Delhi for $85 a night.

Re. The restaurant. Check your bill very carefully as the staff like to charge more than the prices listed in the menu.

The pictures on the website do NOT resemble the rooms at the hotel!
