“OK, but not upto Sarovar group standards”
Reviewed December 9, 2010

Stayed at this property for 1 night with business clients from abroad.
The hotel is coveniently located in south Delhi's business district .
the reception staff is quite Friendly and helpful and checked us in with minimum hassles.
The upholstery in the lift is peeling off ,which does not blend with the overall image of a sarovar group hotel , I had to call thrice to the house keeping to get a simple job done and the breakfast menu could do with some serious makeover .
i have been staying at Sarovar group properties across the country and must say that overall this hotel does not live upto the group standards.

the hotel has a very niche feel to it. well located..congenial staff. room service is average but the food quality is nice. the breakfast spread is not bad either...in fact quite good for this size of hotel. what really touched me was breakfast assistance by staff in the late morning hrs. the rooms are very neat and modern.

I have been a returning guest here and each time the service levels have been consistent and great. The Sarovar group has now taken over and room upkeep and food quality and presentation is good. They however do not have a gym

Bathroom fittings however are impractical - water from wash basin splashes out, shower cubicle is not water tight and the western comode leaves your feet dangling in the air! .

But a great place that I recommend strongly for people working around okhla industrial area.

I have stayed 2 days in this hotel but I think it is a bit expensive for the service that is offered. Room is ok but could have been better. Bathrooms need improvement. The front desk doesn't help much. Most of the time they made us take their personal hotel taxi. It was much expensive. Be sure to know Delhi before staying in that hotel as it is not well situated for tourists.

The Muse Portico greets you with its contemporary styled lobby and extremely professional front desk staff. But the most beautiful part of this hotel is right before the lobby. There is a beautiful zen garden that you have to walk through after you get off from the car to reach the front door of the hotel. The soft rustle of the water fall and the trees make you forget that the hotel is actually located in one of the busiest districts in Delhi. The hotel was opened only about 6 months back and most of the foliage within the premises is only coming up but it is still quite a sight for the city bred sore eyes. The staff is also quite polite and efficient (not what you would otherwise expect in a city not particularly known for its gregariousness or warmth). Rooms are a little stuffy though and not as spacious. But as far as business travel goes this is more than sufficient. Highly functional and utilitarian is the theme. Bathrooms are a little cramped but quite chic and contemporary in spirit like the rest of the hotel. The rooms have everything you would expect from a 3 to 4 star business hotel of repute and nothing more. There is nothing that will take your breath away. The food is quite the regular fare. The restaurant was disappointing. The coffee shop located in front of the reception lobby is semi open and hence lacks privacy. Anybody coming in through the front door will have an unrestricted view of the restaurant. Since the overall space is not so much this leads to an awkward meal. Maybe thats why I hardly saw anyone using the restaurant during my 2 day stay there. The best part of the hotel was its location and the fact that it was centrally located. Being new hardly any of the cabbies knew the place but the reception staff were extremely helpful and helped them with directions whenever we called them over the phone. To sum up, the Muse is a great business hotel when you need just a place to unwind and relax but there are so many similar options close by at the same price point that nothing draws you back to the place.

since we had some work in south delhi, the property offers a convenient location to someone who wants to get rid of delhi traffic, however the price is on the higher side and the food also needs to be improved!!!

The Muse (by the Sarovar Group) is a nice & comfy Business Hotel with minimalistic facilities. The Room booking was smooth. Booked through Email & immediately got a confirmation.

The Check-in process was smooth. The room was ready before I arrived (They had a personalised introduction letter along with a Fruit & Cookie Platter, which was a good welcome). The Rooms are trendy & well-furnished. It's what you would typically expect from a Business Hotel. The Bed was cozy & comfortable. The Bathrooms were decent, although small in size than in a typical 3-4 Star Room.

The Food was OK (I guess the only negative for this place). They have a small spread & the around the clock menu has hardly any choice. The Indian Food is nice but the Continental needs improvement. The Breakfast spread was good (comes complimentary with a room).

Overall a nice experience & value for money hotel. Not many similar hotels in the area.
