SO we stopped here on our way back from Panama City Beach one year and it was a nice little stop. We had ice cream and looked around the shops. I think we bought some peaches.

Peach Park is really nice. The employees there are always top notch. We even like the "express" version of this in the off season. Stop there on your way to the beach, grab some ice cream. You will not be disappointed.

This place is tradition for our family. Every trip to Destin or Gulf Shores we always stop here....coming and going. Peach ice cream to die for. The only complaint I have is that a few employees they have act like they wish you hadn't stopped. Very rude food server....good thing the young girls serving ice cream were friendly. On the way back this time we stopped at Durbin farms right down the road....and was very impressed....uh oh Peach Park...better step it up.

We were going to Montgomery and supposed to have a quick stop in peach park. But the stop was long. There is a shop with fruit, vegetables, peanuts and jams. There is a yummy ice-cream with many flavors. I can say that it was one of the most tasty ice-creams I ate in USA. Also we ate delicious and fresh pies, chicken and potato. The price was reasonable, and everything was so tasty, that on our way back we decided to stop in Peach Park again.
And this place has a great small park - with many flowers, bushes and places to rest in shadow. Go a little up and you find a playground. It was so important and useful for our 13-months old son. We spent nearly 1.5 hours there and had a great mood. This is definitely worth to visit.

Lovely location and you can buy some famous Chilton County Peaches too! Alabama in July is quite hot and humid, so dress accordingly.
