Owner description: ATV/Quad Rental Flying Pirates - ride an ATV, with or without a guide, through a private, off-limits-to-everyone-else, 1,500 acre rainforest! Your day begins in the heart of Bocas town, where you will be picked up and shuttled to our secondary location just outside of town. We offer surf racks, for those of you wanting to hit the waves while you are out, and all of our bikes come with lock boxes attached for your cameras and cash. Wind your way out of town until you hit Bluff Road and just keep right on going until you reach our property. The Flying Pirates trails will take you through the jungle, then alongside pristine beaches, all perfect for a pit stop and some swimming. Rock Beach, La Piscina and, the newly accessible Blue Lagoon, are all gorgeous natural water formations perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Explore the caves at the tip of the island, and return through Monkey Trail. If you rev your engines a little bit, the monkeys might just yell back at you.

“Bocas at its Best”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

Quadding with the Flying Pirates is by far the best way to explore Isla Colon. The quads are powerful and capable of taking you to otherwise inaccessible sites. It is the one activity in Bocas that allows you to explore the jungle, coastline and farmland all at a high adrenaline pace!

The trails are expertly constructed to experience the diversity here. They are also ever expanding. Compared to my first experience a couple months ago (which was totally awesome), the trails seem to extend twice as far with more durable bridges.

Most recently I brought the entire family along for the ride. There were 11 of us - aged 25 - 68. Everyone LOVED it! They were laughing and screaming the entire time and it was the highlight of their trip - which included ziplining, sailing, jungle trekking and surfing. I would recommend the Flying Pirates as a must do in Bocas.

You guys really run a great treat for tourists...................we ride at home in the USA.........
But completely different in Bocas.......................The trails are awesome..........see the beaches.......see the monkeys......stop at the restaurants and best of all................get covered with mud if you want.........................we went to the end of the trails and then some................

The machines are well maintained.........the folks at FP are very helpful and work hard to get you the best experience possible....................definitely the best thing to do in Bocas............

“Freedom exploring Bocas on ATVs”
Reviewed March 8, 2013 via mobile

We had a fabulous day exploring Bocas Del Toro on the ATVs. We have hired ATVs in Australia but have never been given the option to explore under our own steam as we were able to with the Flying Pirates on Bocas. This gave us the option to stop wherever and whenever we wanted to...much more enjoyable. Exploring the jungle, beaches and local bars by ATV was lots of fun and great value. Highly recommended and one of the many highlights of our trip to Bocas, finished off with a couple of great cold beers! Thanks Steve and staff!

“The #1 Thing to do in Bocas!”
Reviewed March 6, 2013

Renting ATV's to explore the island is by far the most fun I've had in 3 months in Bocas. We've done it a few times and each time has been fantastic. The trails that Steve and his guys have created take you to an area of the island that is literally untouched. Today we found a group of Howler Monkeys in the trees above us, which was an incredible experience. I've never been so close to Howlers before. There are sloths in the trees, lizards along the way and too many other animals to list. Along the trails you get breathtaking views of the sea and plenty of opportunity to swim in pristine waters.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

“it's a blast”
Reviewed March 5, 2013

These machines are quite quick for small cc. They are not limited therefore you can make the most of what they are capable of. Unlike other atv's excursions I've been on you are left to go where and how you want instead of being lead arround like sheep. Steve and his staff are very freindly and will give you all the advice you need or as little as you want depending on your experience level. Plan on getting muddy as that is half the fun. You can go to remote beaches and you can really see more of the island this way. I thought the price for the whole day was very reasonable.
