Before you even start with the food you have to talk about Gary and Laura. Have yet to receive better service ANYWHERE on the island! Now let's talk about the food first everything is baked and made with fresh sauces. Portion size is above average for the island. Gary has taken classics from Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and of coarse California and rolled these dishes into the backbone of gringos. Want your Plate Christmas just ask..want a really smooth guacamole sauce on your smothered burrito just ask. Gary also comes up with specials and on my last trip had a Mexican lasagna.....out of this world...bottom line gringos will become a habit...at least a once a week habit
