If you go there and you're ordering drinks, try the Vanilla Avalanche. My husband said it was one ot the best drinks he ever had (although you have to like drinks that are on the sweet side). The margueritas are also great (I had one). Many of the restaurants were closed on Christmas so when we returned from our rainforest tour in Soposo, there wasn't much to choose from. And, some of the restaurants had fixed Christmas dinner menus so you couldn't choose from the a la carte menu. The women working in this restaurant were the hardest working women I had ever seen. The place was packed (we had to wait a half hour for a table located outside on the deck) so we had drinks by the bar - and they were hustling from one table to the other all night. Once we got seated, we relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful views over the water. The fish is so good in Bocas that we pretty much stuck to fish dishes the whole time we were there. I had the Ceviche al limon for my appetizer (really delicious) and the Sea Bass (Corvina) in Garlic Sauce. The fish was incredibly fresh and well prepared.
