When we went, there were only a few other tourist. That fact alone made this place great. You drive part way up the hill and park in a small parking lot. You then have a short hike the rest of the way. The view from the grounds is great, but the view is even better from the top of the pagoda. Because we are as mature as 3rd graders we thoroughly enjoyed banging the gong at the top of the pagoda over and over again. The distinctive sound adds to the beauty of the place. Oh, and it's free.
