We had several meals here over 3 weeks in Tangalle. 9am breakfasts of string hoppers, dal, samba and other dishes - all delicious and fresh. The fresh bread reminds of years ago how bread used to be made and goes wonderfully with dal.
Lunch is curry & rice which they keep refilling until you stay STOP please no more I'm busting as the seems.
Prices are local and are excellent.
The owner and his father are very friendly and the staff look happy and are cared for which is always a bonus to witness.
This modern looking restaurant with black and yellow tiles It's located walking distance from the main town - just ask.
If you want to eat local in a nice clean place this is the place to go.
