we had booked this place because of the situation on a beautiful beach. when we got there it seemed empty of guests so imagine our disappointment when they put us in a little chalet that was dark and dreary and resembled a prison cell. we spoke to one of the staff about it but nothing was done. the restaurant staff were lovely but i felt they were afraid to take our complaint any further. we just decided to move on to ella from there as i couldn't sleep in the dreary drab room that smelt like it had never been cleaned properly.
