Great location and nice concept of rooms in little huts down pathways but the pathways were very badly lit and as it rained non-stop for our stay, we couldn't see the enormous puddles on the path. Also there weren't enough umbrellas in the hotel and we often had to manage without.
The roof leaked in the room and my son plugged in a phone to charge and got a bad electric shock from the socket which shorted the electricity - very dangerous. The shower was poor, with very low water pressure and the lighting in the room almost non-existent.
Staff were friendly but busy. The food was ok. This hotel has potential but needs a lot more investment and thought about what the customer needs.
