A wonderful hotel. Rooms very very spacious, own plunge pool at the back with a patio table and chairs and an artist's easel and equipment for guests to sketch and paint. It was very private with no-one able to overlook your room. The little pools by the front door were delightful with great pondlife - frogs etc to observe. The beds were huge - almost too big, positioned opposite a wall of windows with views over rolling grasslands where you could see lots of birdlife and small animals. Bathrooms were huge with magnificent showers. Between the bathroom and bedroom areas was an equally large dressing room area. There was even room in the bedroom for a sofa and table and chairs and it still to have acres of space to move around in. We dined in our room once and were treated to waiters coming and setting up the table and the food arriving on plates covered with silver domes - all piping hot and delicious. We also ordered a cup of tea in our room and two waiters came, one to serve the tea and one to proffer the box with an unbelievable choice of different types of tea. We were offered a complimentary massage (either foot or head) on arrival. Golf buggies were available to ferry guests around if they didn't want to walk. The pools were very good, clean well maintained and had good quality loungers around to relax in. Food was very tasty, menu had a good variety of dishes. Great views of Sigyra rock from the restaurant. My only gripe was the internet connection was so poor it was practically non existent, so don't bother trying to get a connection, it wastes too much time and you will be charged for time mostly spent waiting for it to load although to be fair we challenged this charge and it was removed.
