Staff is really polite and good people .BUT THEY ARE NOT TRAINED. Room's floor is really dirty.mini fridge is not working. Don't know what's the point of keeping it. They are serving fried rice with chicken , three veg. Curries ( potato tempered , bean curry polos )and chutney . I don't know what kind of impression they have about customers . they think we don't know about food we just eat what they give. They take more than 20min when we call for house keeping. I don't think it takes 20 min from temple to get to the hotel.They don't have a direct number for house keeping when we call room service they are saying we have to call reception (0) when we call reception they are saying we have to call room service ( 253) . It's really funny.They are targeting foreigners . foreigners won't be coming through out the year. But locals always there. They don't know how much they are loosing. I don't know owners know the damage that his managers have caused.One person can change these.He'd better get rid of those managers and get qualified one person.One person can make a big change of this Hotel.I ll not recommend this hotel to anyone. it's better to spend bit more and go for the best . Unfortunately this was the only hotel which was not fully booked.Now we know why ???????? I ll never ever come back this hotel even they give free of charge.
