We booked a stay in Sweet Cinnamon Kandy last February for our 1st wedding anniversary. Based on the photos and the price (315 $ for 3 nights), I was under the impression that it was something but found out that it's not what we expected. The person in charge "Priyan" met us and he completely understood the situation. He promised us that he will process us a refund for at least half of what we paid. We were supposed to pay when we arrive at the place but they took the money 1 week before!!
Now after more than 2 months, few emails and some international calls .. we didn't receive the refund! Why would you promise something that you will not do it?! And why did you keep insisting that you will refund the money every time I called??
