The reception by bell boy was poor. The reception at the check in was excellent by Mr.Shamal. Mr Ashen at the counter was also excellent. The room and toilet was big and clean . The ambiance good. The dinner buffet was good. The breakfast Srilankan thosai, roti was good. The hoppers, seeni sambol,pol sambol and katta sambol and thosai sambol was excellent. The waffle was good.

Lovely property... spread across a few acres, the property is right at edge of mahaweli river. The layout , the cleanliness, the staff... all won our hearts. Special thanks to Samudra for helping us out during d checkin . The food was amazing, huge spread and the chefs were really accommodating to adjust to our demands for mashed food for our baby. Will definitely visit again.

The mighty Mahaveli Ganga flowing besides the property. Beautifully maintained property . Amazing hospitality. The staff was ready for us when we arrived. Rooms are large and spacious. We had bit trouble with their light systems but nothing that bothered too much . Food was good.

This was my 10th visit. As usual the htl was excellent, one nt stay this time. Room 226 river view, was very Comfy & large, Amenities very good. AC good.
The special dinner was 100%. The exc Chef, ex RitzCarlton OMAN. Staff very attentive.
