This resort is located very near to Amaya lake and surrounded by thick forest. The entire place is very beautiful and scenic. The rooms are looking very traditional from outside well designed and equipped inside. The hotel provides us battery car to reach from our rooms to the reception as well as restaurants for free.
The pool is too good and they have some tree houses for kids to play. There is a big ayurvedic spa for nominal rates.
There is a shopping place also for some goodies to buy.
Starting from the reception to the room service, everyone is doing their work with a big smile on their face.
The restaurant was too good and they have live music from the locals in the evenings. It was so soothing. Because we are vegetarians and asked for some Indian food, they specially prepared some excellent food and serviced, just to our family.
The next day morning was our religious festival, Pongal. To my knowledge, only my family is from South India staying there and we missed our festival very badly. To our great surprise, the restaurant prepared some traditional festival feast and waited for our family to join them in the festival. It was heart touching. Thanks to Amaya team for making us feel so homely and took care of us.
Special mention to the chef and his team.
We thought of visiting this place very soonMore
