we spend 3 nights at the beautiful hotel- nice place near Dambulla in Sri Lanka. The hotel is new, clean, the rooms are big with air condition and there is a beautiful swimming pool.
the staff is very nice and the food is o.k.
Cosidering the price, (45$) it an excellent deal.

Room Tip: all the rooms are great

My wife and I stayed here for one night on our honeymoon tour of Sri Lanka and were a bit disappointed. The setting in the jungle is lovely but the rooms are a bit of a let down. They are spacious but lacking in any sort of ambiance and the bed sheets were ancient, pilled and stained and made for an uncomfortable sleep when paired with an old mattress and wafer thin pillows. The bathrooms only had lukewarm water and were crawling with ants and the sink tap could barely manage a dribble. There is a pool area which is new and would potentially be lovely if it wasn't for the dangerously slippery tiles and the group of make stag sitting around the pool, drinking and giving the place an oppressive feel. The food was average to poor and my curry seemed to be mainly fat and gristle. This isn't somewhere we'd return.

My familly and I spent two nights in that place. I can't really say good words about it except of the fact that when we left they gave us a discount for the inconvience that we had.
The room was full with ants, there was no hot water (only warm) and the power went down few times.
The service was not that great either and it was really disappointing place consider the fact they call themselves "hotel" and not a guest house.

Room Tip: If you have any issues - please tell the manager and at least try to get discount for the price.

Beautiful room and vicinity if you're looking have a good R&R on holiday. After driving around all day and walking around the temples, coming back to my room, facing the green was really peaceful. Mind you, if you left your doors open all evening you'll get the creepy crawlies coming in so I suggest you keep them doors shut during the evenings.

The food here is superb, especially the local cuisine and the staff are very helpful!

The rooms are nice, clean and have a good a/c (if you need it). It is a simple relaxing hotel. Food is OK but not special with a limited menu. The swimming pool area was not quite complete but will be lovely when finished?

I stayed here with my partner and cousins and, quite frankly, I was disappointed. Firstly there was a mix up with the rooms. I made an email booking for two rooms but when I asked if there was parking as I mentioned my cousins are driving us, they mistook my second room booking for a request for drivers quarters. When we arrive I had to explain that they are my cousins and I wanted a guest room for them. I was then lied to by the day shift manager stating there were no available rooms. I later found out the place was only half booked and there were plenty of rooms available. Fortunately the night shift manager provided us the room next to ours. As for the rooms, they were ok. The bathrooms could do with a decent clean, some of the fittings were loose, and one towel was dirty. The food was reasonably good. But I think I was ripped off as I was quoted half-board when initially making the booking but was charged for dinner separately. This is the only place I had difficulty with in Sri Lanka.

Nice visit to a nice place! Been there around 3 years ago and it was nothing from how it is now! They are building a swimming pool and plan to open it very soon. Staff is great! Asked them about better time to climb Sigiriya and received loads of advice. You can see that the place is very well managed, owner paid a lot of time to make it how it is now!
Nice rooms with a lt of space, we stayed at the bungalow right before a little bridge.
Definitely would recommend to my friends.
Not too far from Amaya lake but is much cheaper.

Room Tip: Room in a bungalow by a little bridge to the pool
