The Hotel Ziya is home to Montenegro's first and possibly only Lebanese restaurant, and that is reason enough for you to visit. That the food is quite excellent is a wonderful bonus. Sure, it's pricey by local standards (€60 for two without booze), but you gets what you pays for. The mezze are varied, tasty and good value, and the mains might be small than you'd be used to in this country (ie, normal portions rather than huge), but they are all exquisitely presented and seriously tasty. Service is sunny and prompt, the decor is sensitive and well thought out and for a "splash out" dinner I'm not sure you'll find better anywhere in the country. Expats take note - it's a gem.
